Over the past 22 years, TATA Door has adopted world advanced production equipment from Japan, Germany, etc., and has developed 26 factories in six major production bases with a total area of 15 hectares. Painted Doors
- Door leaf frame: LVL solid wood multi-layer frame (multi-layer board formed by cutting logs into thin veneers and then hot pressing at high temperature);
- Door core board: bridge hole mechanic board;
Surface layer base material: density board; - Solid wooden veneer: natural solid wood veneer, the texture is real and natural, with the effect of a solid wooden door;
- Surface paint: Quality environmental paint [three times of primer (primer is UV paint), two times of topcoat (topcoat is PU paint), one colour repair, one curing, one waxing, a total of eight processes, after each painting all over, it must be polished carefully to ensure the paint surface is smooth;
- Magnetic mute lock (magnetic suction hides the bolt when it is opened, safer to use);
- Healthy and safe Utilize cutting-edge adhesive, such as Germany Henkel, Jowat, Kleiberitk. Formaldehyde emission complies with European standards;
- 45° oblique soft magnetic technology (improving the sealing performance of wooden doors, effectively isolating noise).
